What's Chaga?
Chaga is a dark, hard, and woody fungus that forms on the outside of birch trees. Unlike other mushrooms, it doesn't have a typical mushroom shape or gills. Instead, it resembles a clump of burnt charcoal, a look that belies its rich, nutrient-dense composition.
